Learn to Sail with one of our RYA Motor Cruising Courses
The RYA Motor Cruising Scheme is aimed at those who have an interest in motor boats and larger powerboats. Typically motor boats will have sleeping and cooking facilities on board. Motor Cruising Courses last between two and five days. In addition to the practical courses there are a number of Shorebased courses that will help to develop your skills and making you a safer and more confident skipper. Based in Chichester Harbour one of the most beautiful and sheltered learning areas on the South Coast.
Products
This RYA course is useful for crews as well as skippers. Apart from the obvious safety benefits of extra motor boat handlers on board, it adds interest if everyone can contribute to the trip.
During the RYA Day Skipper Course you will take charge on short passages under instruction, with help and advice from your instructor.
This course covers skippering techniques for coastal & offshore passages, and takes Day Skipper skills much futher.
Boat handling, navigation, pilotage, man overboard recovery and overall yacht management skills, Advanced skippering techniques in preparation for RYA/MCA exams.
